In March, 2008, the 4th G20 Ministerial Meeting of the Gleneagles Dialogueon the issue of global warming was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba city,Chiba Prefecture. This program introduces new suggestions made by the government of Japan atthe meeting and the ministerial efforts being made, aiming for a successful G8Hokkaido Toyako Summit.
