Fifth Pacific Islands Leaders Meeting (PALM5) -May 22 and 23, 2009-

On Friday, May 22, Prime Minister Aso visited Tomamu, Shimukappu village, Hokkaido, to attend the Fifth Pacific Islands Leaders Meeting (PALM5), which was held with the purpose of strengthening relations between Japan and the Pacific island countries and working together for the development of the region.
