How to clear the cache from your browser

If you have trouble viewing the videos on this site, try clearing the cache from your browser.
Follow the steps below to clear the cache from your browser.
Refer to the section that corresponds to your operating system and browser.


Using Internet Explorer for Windows

  1. Start Internet Explorer, and click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
    • * If the menu bar is displayed instead of the gear icon, click [Tools].
    • * If no menu bar is displayed, press the [Alt] key to display it.
  2. From the displayed menu, select [Internet Options].
  3. Click the [General] tab.
  4. Click the [Delete] button under the [Browsing History] section.
  5. In the [Delete History] box, select the [Temporary Internet files and website files] checkbox, and then click the [Delete] button.
  6. Once you return to [Internet Options], click the [OK] button.

Using Safari for Macintosh

  1. Start Safari, and click [Safari] on the menu bar at the top of the browser.
  2. From the displayed menu, select [Preferences].
  3. Click the [Advanced] icon, and select the [Show Develop menu in menu bar] checkbox at the bottom of the pane.
  4. Close the window.
  5. Click [Develop] from the menu bar at the top of the browser, and then click [Empty cache].

Using Chrome for Android

  1. Start Chrome, and select [Menu].
  2. From the displayed menu, select [History].
  3. Select [Clear browsing data].
  4. From [Time range], select the desired time range to clear data.
  5. Select the [Cached images and files] checkbox.
  6. Tap [Clear data].

Using Safari for iPhone

  1. From the home screen, tap [Settings].
  2. From the [Settings] page, select [Safari].
  3. Tap [Clear History and Website Data].

The menu names may vary depending on the versions of your operating system and browser.
